General Enquiries

Yes we distribute discount codes for numerous reasons. If you have received a discount code, you will by able to apply it at checkout

Afterpay is currently unavailable but we are working on getting this feature added as soon as possible

As soon as an item starts to get low in stock we will have our manufacturer start production and have more shipped to us as soon as possible. Therefore we would allow up to a weeks time before they are back in stock

We have a large variety of products, most of which are one size fits all and cater to male and females

Absolutely, we are already working closely with suppliers and manufacturers and hope to release an apparel line very soon

Orders

As long as your order has not been shipped and it is not a personalised item that has begun being personalised. We are happy to process your cancellation, please contact us HERE

As long as none of the orders have been shipped yet. We are more than happy to consolidate your orders to save on shipping costs, just contact the team HERE

We use tracked shipping on all our packages, you will be emailed a confirmation with tracking once item(s) have been shipped

Our Terrasquad community means everything to us. If there is anything wrong in regards to your order please contact us immediately and we will try our best to resolve any issues as soon as we can

Shipping

After we have received your order we will package it and send it out the next business day (if order is made before 3pm AEST otherwise it could be shipped the day after). Once we have handed your order over to Australia Post for shipping we will then send you a confirmation email which will have a "Track Order" button. This link will take you directly to the Australia Post site where you can follow the live tracking.

Typically we try and process customised products as fast as we can but we do say to expect a 2-3 day delay untill your product(s) have been shipped to allow us sufficient time to process it.

As much as we would love to get your new purchase to you as fast as possible and as hard as we try, sometimes some things are just out of our control. Once the package is with Australia Post, any delays that your package may encounter is caused from the courier and not by us. If your order still hasn't arrived within 30 days please contact the team, we will then launch an investigation with Australia Post and rest assured that we will do our best to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Not at all! If you are within Australia we will provide you with a shipping label via email for refunds and/or exchanges. If you would like help with receiving a shipping label from us for a return/exchange please contact us via email at admin@terragymline.com

If you meet the eligible requirements in our return/refund policy and return the item(s) within 30 days then yes you will receive a full refund.

If you have received a faulty item or it has been damaged in shipping please contact us HERE so we can resolve these issues for you.
